So I'll explain the situation to you.

So I usually only go to sleep around 5-7 in the morning but just because I can't fall asleep I lie well and like to just lie there for 2 hours and try to sleep afterwards it's enough for me and I watch Netflix I'll stop not even tired and then I usually sleep until 3 p.m. And sleep through half the day, which is annoying.

what tips do you have for me.

Try going through the whole night / day and then going to sleep at a normal time (9:00 p.m?) And then trying to sleep (until 8:00 a.m.) so that you get a reasonable sleep rhythm again.

Reduce caffeine consumption if you consume it, do not look or do anything too tense in the evening, actively prepare yourself for going to bed and "ritualize" it a little.
