Earn money online but how?

I really have a lot of time right now, but I'm wasting watching Yt / Netflix. I would like to start a business online, but I don't have a plan how. There are so many options, but most of them are scam. I don't consider bringing a product to market as an option because the competition is too strong and I don't even have a clue what to bring out. Do you have any ideas? I would have to work around 8 hours a day. If I really have a goal in mind, then I will also achieve it, because I have extreme stamina and never give up. Do you have any ideas? Or do you think it would be smarter to use this time to learn something like programming and then offer my services somewhere?
