I have a problem with my TV. I have a signal from the satellite, but after a minute, each picture just goes off. As soon as I switch the image is there again for about 1 minute. I already tried everything that occurred to me. HD card out, taken off the power, etc. With the YouTube or Netflix app, there's never a problem. Everything is working. I have another TV and everything runs smoothly. Maybe somebody can help me.
That sounds like a tuner problem, put it back in the factory setting, it does not change anything, then there has to be a technician.
