There's a series on netflix that has 6 or 7 seasons and each season has 13 episodes. But Netflix has only one season and because of the quarantine time I would love to watch the other 6 to 7 seasons! I have already watched the first season 1000 times!
Yes there are other series, but I would really like to see the other seasons! 😕 In addition, the series and the seasons were shot in 2014 and the last episode came on March 21, 2020.

I don't know now that there's an email from Netflix. I don't think so either, I'm sorry that the multi-million dollar corporation would respond to a single email and immediately add the seasons. In addition, there are contracts for various series from when they may be broadcast in different countries. So you will probably have to be patient. Can you see when the seasons are available in Germany and if it takes a long time just start a new series as long.

Just like that, Netflix can't add series / seasons. Netflix must first acquire the license / permission from the rights holder.
Some streaming providers also conclude exclusive licenses with the rights holders, so that only the respective provider may stream the series. So if another provider has a license for the missing seasons of your washed series, Netflix can't do anything.

But be careful… Only season 1 is included in Prime. The other costs per part between 14 euro & 15 euro or per full season 30 euro - 60 euro extra!
