PC games keep crashing, despite new drivers?

An urgent question:

For a couple of days I haven't been able to play any games, some open and close again immediately, others don't open at all and with some you can play for a few minutes then it hits me straight back to the desktop.
Everything without error messages or anything else.

Sometimes the PC freezes even with Netflix then the picture from the film disappears or a blue screen suddenly appears during normal Windows operation that a problem has occurred, then the PC restarts.

I installed the latest bios driver, graphics driver and windows driver.

My system:

GPU: RX 5500XT 8 GB

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X

RAM: 2x 8 GB = 16 GB Corsair 3200 Mhz

NT: Corsair GS 800 80+

Mainboard: MSI B450m Gaming Plus

1x Samsung M.2 512 GB SSD

1x Samsung Evo 850 500 GB SSD

1x Samsung Evo 860 500 GB SSD

Does anyone happen to know what the reason could be?

All hardware parts were bought within the last 1.5 years, but the power supply was a little longer ago.

It was never overheated, the PC was always quite cool.

Would be very grateful for any help

If someone can do something with the message

Jo

What do the blue screens say? There's always an error code.

I didn't see it, but a sad smiley comes up and a countdown to 100 then starts again

Jo

Yes, and then there's an error code that actually always says where the problem is.
