Should I buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 lite if I want to draw?

I want to learn / practice drawing and drawing on the couch, on the train, in the cafe…

I had a graphics tablet with a display in mind, because then I could use Adobe software, but I wouldn't be mobile with that.

I can also do other things with the tablet, such as surfing, watching YouTube and Netflix, etc.

The tablet also does quite well in the videos. Actually, I would just go to Saturn or Mediamarkt and try something out, but Corona.

There are some good free apps for drawing, right?
Does the Galaxy Tab S6 lite have palm rejection so it would ignore my hand on the display while drawing?
How are your experiences with the tablet? Especially those who draw with it?

De

First of all, yes, the Tab S6 is good for drawing. For Android I can recommend Adobe Photoshop Draw or Adobe Illustrator Draw as drawing apps, both free of charge. If you use the Creative Cloud on your PC, you can also synchronize your works of art there and edit them directly. You can use the tablet with certain apps as a graphics tablet purely for the PC. Palm rejection is also available, as is the case with all devices with the S-Pen. If you have a little more money on hand, I can only recommend the 8th generation iPad + Apple Pencil, as this is more suitable for drawing, but the S6 is a very good choice for the beginning and is upgrading Yes always. For your experience with drawing, it's best to watch a video about it.

With which apps can you use this on the PC and would I then have the Windows interface, so the tablet is then a kind of second monitor and can therefore use any software from my PC?

De

Both are possible, you can use it as a pure graphics tablet, then you will only see what you have drawn, because I don't know the app and then there's SuperDisplay, so you can use your tablet as a second monitor, but the app costs if you want to use it to the full and no pressure levels are supported.
