Should streaming services be blocked on Good Friday?

There are good reasons why many violence and horror films are not allowed to be shown on a public holiday so that religious feelings are not hurt.

But now I see on e.g. Netflix that there's a colorful selection of films of this type available there.

Isn't that illegal?

If you see it differently, I ask for a well-founded reason why this does NOT restrict religious freedom.

Why should that restrict religious freedom? Everyone can see what they want.

Freedom of religion does not mean that nobody's feelings may be hurt, only that they may live out their religion.

Freedom of religion does not guarantee that your religion has to be particularly respected by others, it just has to be accepted.

I think you can't choose what you want to watch on normal television as much as you can with, for example, netflix. Not everyone is a believer or has a different religion so I don't think it's a bad thing

I also find xD And nobody forces you, on Netflix and co. To go.

Rather, such films should also be allowed on television. The Church must not dictate anything to us.

Another suggestion: one should end the "ban on dancing" as well as any other "religiously" justified restrictions on personal freedom with immediate effect.

It has no "Christian" or other "God" worshiper to care who spends this day in which way. We live in a supposedly secular country. In my eyes it is a real scandal how many "rights" "religious" associations in this country are still allowed to take out in 2021.

I watch what I want on TV. Whenever I want.
