My mobile phone (samsung a40) no longer supports streaming services.
plutotv didn't work, I uninstalled it and after that I couldn't download any more apps.
I just wanted to open netflix and it says' The netflix service could not be reached. Please try again later. (-1023)
is that because of telekom, my cell phone or maybe the streaming services?
I just don't understand anything anymore
Are there any other restrictions besides the connections of the apps to their servers? If not, then at least the network seems to be in order.
If the rest of the applications that need an online connection, I would try to reset the device to factory settings as a first step. Any errors in the installed firmware could be remedied in this way.
