Can you maybe tell me how I can receive the normal television programs without a receiver? SAT is not offered in my new apartment.
I have an older TV so I don't have a Smart TV.
Is there perhaps a simpler solution? A USB stick or something similar, unfortunately I can't quite see through with all the sticks that are offered by Freenet or Amazon, etc. I don't necessarily need Netflix and Co.
Thanks to DVB T2, this is unfortunately no longer possible without a receiver and especially not without paying for it. If your television is too old, it may also no longer be able to receive it.
Regardless of whether satellite, cable or terrestrial: there's no picture without a receiver.
It doesn't really matter whether the appropriate receiver is built into the TV set or connected externally.
The only alternative: stream on the computer.
A built-in "receiver" is not, it is a tuner, so there's a picture even without a receiver if the appropriate tuner is built into the television.
A receiver is required if the television does not have the right tuner installed for the reception path, in your case that would be a DVB-T2 tuner that would be necessary.
A receiver is an external receiver that is not expensive for DVB-T2 reception, so you would have to test in advance whether reception is possible with you via an indoor antenna, you can do this via the link

If you can then you can buy a receiver and connect it to the television via a Scart or HDMI cable like the one from the link

Freenet means that the private channels are all encrypted and subject to a charge, the private channels can be activated after payment via a Freenet ID that is written on the receiver, the public channels are freely receivable.

It may be that the antenna included with the receiver is not sufficient, it would be a much better antenna
