I turn to you with a little problem and hope for one or the other experience.
Some time ago I bought a new flat screen TV for my hobby room. When using magenta TV (bandwidth: 50 Mbit / s), I notice more and more that the HD / HDR image blurs with fast movements.
As an example: When I watch football and the ball is played, the ball is followed by a white "tail". The heads of actors also blur with fast movements.
Strangely enough, the problem only arises when using Magenta TV or the Media Receiver 401. For example, if I use the Netflix app via the media receiver, the image is blurred in the same way as with normal television via Magenta TV.
However, if I use the Netflix app on the TV and without a receiver, I have a perfect picture.
Admittedly, the TV was cheap at 400 euro, which is enough for my needs and the space.
The receiver is connected via a DLan adapter 1200+. The Netflix app is used on the TV via Wi-Fi.
I'm undecided whether the problem is related to the TV, the receiver (which is only 1.5 years old) or the internet connection (50 Mbit / s).
The latter is also tested and stable at around 48 Mbit / s.
Has anyone out there had any similar problems and can help me?
In and of itself I would tend in your description that the television is to be looked for as the cause. However, you write that the Netflix app delivers a perfect picture on the TV. For this reason, I ask you to do a trial without the DLAN adapter. How does it look?
Thanks for the answer. I'll try that out tonight.
Thank you again for the answer. It was actually the DLAN. However, not on the DLAN itself, but only on the adapter.
The Devolo 1200+ doesn't seem to be good in this regard, but the Devolo 500 does a good job. So expensive doesn't always have to be good.
