Magenta Tv and Netflix how do I do that?

A. I signed a contract with Telekom in December Festnet and Internet with Magenta TV and Netflix.

I should get an email where I can connect my existing Netflix account with the Magenta Tv and Netflix, but didn't work. Instead, I should save the offer again, where it stood that it should cost so much. I took the M package.

Had then pressed it should state my landline number, I did and then it said that the offer would not be available I had to take the S package. But I pay yes for the M.

Can someone help me with this?
