I live in Austria and have a contract with Magenta with about 125 mbit / s. No telephony or television is included.

Apparently, Magenta offers a Netflix subscription for free under gwissen's requirements. Which would that be?

Have you looked under magenta? You won't find anything from Netflix! You have to pay Netflix separately!
