Safari problem - picture hangs?

I have had the problem for more than 3 weeks that as soon as I open Safari, the Netflix page opens directly for some reason and I can't press anything because nothing is responding. Also, no keyboard shortcuts respond. I have tried: Laptop restart, exit Safari immediately. Can anybody help me further?

Ev. Helps to hold down a key like Shift, alt, cmd when launching Safari. Otherwise a safari reset would have to be done. To do this, delete Safari Dazen in the user library.
