My cell phone has been showing advertisements on my display for a long time, which is really terrifying because Netflix is always stopped. You could restart your cell phone and if that doesn't work, you may have to reset the cell phone completely…

Download Kaspersky or Bitdefender Free and do a full system scan. That sounds like adware, depending on the design, a common virus.
