Why doesn't One Piece go to Netflix even though they have broadcast rights?

I know you can but it is only allowed for certain countries to watch or what?

In this country, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE has the license for "One Piece". Therefore you can watch episodes of the anime on the TV channel "ProSieben Maxx". VIZ Media Switzerland SA (KAZÉ) also has the rights for DVD releases with German dubbing. So in the near future it is very unlikely that Netflix will show "One Piece" on its own platform.

Because Netflix currently has no rights for One Piece. The contracts have expired.
