Netflix app on smart TV has stopped working?

It's about the Samsung TU7199 Smart TV. I've had this since September last year. The Netflix app is preinstalled on it and worked fine until the end of December. Since then, it has stopped charging for no apparent reason. The error code "NW-2-4" is always displayed.

I have already tried all the tips that are listed here https://help.netflix.com/...node/13197 without success. All other apps work, and Netflix doesn't cause any problems on other devices either.

What is stupid is that I can't seem to uninstall the app, just reset it - that didn't work.

Has anyone had the same problem or tips on what else to try?

Can you update it or update the TV via cable or satellite or via network, otherwise completely reset the TV!
that sometimes helps miracles…
