Now tell your friends that you can't be reached by smartphone for a week because you want to take a break.

Turn it off immediately. Make sure you always have it within reach, but do not turn it on.

I do not have a smartphone or anything else.

But I'm online almost every day from about 9 o'clock to 21:45 o'clock. Not before and not afterwards, except maybe on the weekend, then I deviate from the schema ab.Ich miss the day, but I'm glad, after work a little bit online. So for me that's not uncommon as far as time goes…
