Long-term ECG - am unsure what is relevant for the activities?

I have wired a long-term ECG to me since this morning.

I have received a note where I should write down my activities according to the time.

So, we're almost in the evening and my only job on the slip is "2 floors of stairs" because I had to stop when I got home from the doctor.

Since then I've only hung up and cooked laundry. Otherwise I just relaxed and watched Netflix.

Should I also do the laundry and write down the cooking on the note? It's totally irrelevant. But it also looks extremely strange that only this one activity is on the note. But it's true, I didn't do anything today. Because of corona you can hardly do anything or should stay at home.

Would you do the laundry and write cooking on it or just leave it at that? I just don't know what's important.

Everything you do, whether cooking, doing laundry, cleaning, watching a series / film, walking, etc. It is important that you also write down when you went to bed and got up.

Just write everything in chronological order with the time what you are doing! Doing laundry, cooking, sleeping, reading a book, watching TV, everything! You can leave out on the toilet if you find it a bit stupid.

Yes, the information is interesting with the respective time and activity over the entire period. So whenever you find yourself in a different physical situation, please write it down. E.g. 1:30 p.m., 2:40 p.m. Toilet, 2:50 p.m. Coughing, 3:00 p.m. Sitting and reading, 3:20 p.m. In the basement (20 steps) and up again with a laundry basket, 3:40 p.m. Ironing while standing, 4:00 p.m. Coffee drink while sitting, …

etc. Use your imagination and do something else!

You want to know how your heart works in each of the different stress phases. And you can do 20 squats, 15 push-ups, a walk or anything at any time. E.g.

Get well soon mary

I do not know now why you have to carry this long-term EKG around with you, but in general it is about recording the activity / stress in which your heart works. At least that was the case with me. And for that you have to write down everything you have done in key points. This also includes cooking, doing laundry, sitting on the sofa and what I don't know yet. Ideally, you should also write down the time from when to when you did what. There's no need for a scientific essay. But the more precisely you write what you did, the better you can evaluate the long-term ECG. And the better it is evaluated, the better it can be decided what happens next.

I have what I sometimes have because of my racing heart. But I didn't have it today and I won't get it today.

You never know. Just bother and it's good.
