I need ideas for activities that you have to concentrate on so that your thoughts do not wander. For me it works like competitive sports like tennis. As soon as you stop concentrating, you no longer play well. But unfortunately I can't think of anything else, especially nothing that could be done spontaneously, alone and / or at home. Something like reading, Netflix, jogging, fitness, cooking, etc. Everything doesn't work, you don't need so much concentration that it doesn't allow other thoughts. Someone ideas?

I play games because I'm fully concentrated and do not digress. Always have a lot on my mind about work, wake up morning with thoughts and evening when I go to bed as well. When I play, I'm distracted and there are also games that you can play with someone, so you have a little exchange.
