Does Netflix consume data when you're online?

I want to buy an ipad. But I can't decide whether to take an iPad with 32GB or rather with 64GB. I mainly want to use YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok and Netflix. Does Netflix use… Data volume or storage space when you look online?

Which ipad would you advise me to? Would appreciate a few answers 😁

Netflix or another app only consume a lot of storage space on the end device if you save content. With Netflix that would be e.g. The case when you make content available offline, i.e. Download and save it.

Comparable if you want to save a lot of photos or video on the iPad.
