Since yesterday evening we always get a message when we go into Netflix (but also amazon prime!) (-See picture below) but the Wi-Fi works fine (yt works) and netflix also works normally on our mobile phone with our Wi-Fi. What can you do about it?
We don't have a system update on the TV, so there isn't one and we already have to reconnect the Wi-Fi?

I also had an error message last night: "Netflix is having trouble streaming this movie. Please try again later". But for me it's up to the use of a VPN. Netflix likes to complain about that.
But maybe it was a Europe-wide disruption - who knows.
Have you already restarted the router? (Power from… 1 min. Wait… Power on)
