Access media libraries via sat receiver?

I'm looking for a satellite receiver that I can use to record, take a break, and access various media libraries. E.g. Youtube, Netflix, and other media libraries. Internet and everything is of course there. Which receivers are there or what options do I have? I don't have a smart tv.
