Somehow there are only garbage suggestions. In any case, the recommendation system doesn't work so well for me. How do you see it? It seems to me that one cheap production after the other is being cut out as a series with 5 seasons. If possible, quantity instead of quality.
Well, first of all increase the tariffs, then it will be better!
* cough *
So the 4K subscription is then extrapolated to the year for the service too expensive. Then I'll just wait until the second season of Witcher comes and book again for 1 month and then cancel.
Of course, you can argue about taste, especially when it comes to shows, series or films. But there's a lot of content that Disney + has now taken over because it owns the rights to it. That can be a reason for your perception. But if you are interested in an interesting, complex and high-quality series, I recommend "Das Boot" from Sky, available in the ZDF media library! But you need an age rating for the time between 6:00 and 22:00.
I already have Disney + and I'm still relatively satisfied with it. Sky is of course another option. Know the German film about it. It's pretty good.
I have a standard HD subscription. Since I'm abroad and have to watch via VPN, only SD often comes in. At 4k, I would probably just get annoyed with lags. But with an increase from 12 to 13 euro I will still go along, especially since I'm not yet through with "my" series. Maybe something like Punisher or Designated Survivor will come back. Hope dies last 😥
I think so too. It felt like Netflix brought out a new production every day in 2020 and each was less interesting than the other. Of course, there were also a few good ones (e.g. The Queen's Gambit), but that is limited. 70 films and a lot of series have already been announced for 2021. A few sound interesting but most of them sound rather uninteresting.
Netflix should reduce the whole thing and, for example, bring out a good film and / or series per month, much like Amazon Prime does. So they can get more budget and are sure to become more popular. So many shows got canceled after just one season last year and it really sucks, especially when they end with a cliffhanger.
In my opinion, almost all of the best series on Netflix are not Netflix productions. The only good series Netflix has is Stranger Things, the rest was bought and then marked as original. Of course everyone has a different opinion and there are certainly other series from Netflix that are worth watching, but of the dozen series that Netflix releases, only a few are really good.
