No matter with which browser I try it but my mouse jerky with Active Netflix all the time. In addition to the rather poor quality sometimes jerky the picture in even rhythm.
have already tried several browsers.
Chrome, Firefox (Nightly), Opera, Internet Explorer, Edge.

Use the Windows 10 app for it from the Windows Store.
Install the Netflix App from the Windows Store. It's much more practical anyway.
