Windows 10 crashes while watching Netfilx, what can I do?

Whenever I look at netflix (whether through the app or via the browser) the picture stops after a while and a strange noise comes along. This can only be stopped by a long press of the switch. I do not know what I can do about it… Have already updated my video card driver because I've read that it could be because. Did not work.
