What is Netflix / Youtube and Co doing with me?

I have a problem that I can't solve if I do not get a kick. I usually go to bed at 10:30 p.m. Then I usually read a few articles on nutrition and self-esteem on the internet. Once that's done, I look at exactly the same topics on YouTube, often topics about financial independence. It is now 0:00 a.m. Then I start wading around Netflix for about 2-3 hours, mostly I always have a series that I love so much. And it is 3 o'clock in the morning. I set the alarm clock to around 8:30 a.m. And then turn it off in the morning because I'm too tired. Suddenly it is 11:15 a.m. And I overslept the university. Day in, day out. How can I change this? If I don't consume reading, YouTube and Netflix in the evening, I feel like I'm under-educated or miss a lot.

You can do the whole thing, but it would be better and healthier to move the whole thing forward a bit. For example, all these activities 3 hours ahead. Then you go to sleep at 24:00, and you can sleep in without turning off the alarm clock. Because staying awake and looking only Netflix is unhealthy for a long time.
