Image frenzy on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + and other streaming services?

looks more like when the monitor or the graphics card tries somehow to calculate details in the color gradient, so software problem.

It is connected with a DVI cable. And when this "picture noise" is there, then I can no longer use the PC, so I turn it off completely and restart it.

Problems with other applications too?

Nope, so far only on Netflix, Amazon and Disney +. YouTube works.
