Can my ex-girlfriend get on with my Netflix account?

I disconnected from my girlfriend but have not changed my Netflix password so far, which means she can still log in to my account.

Your financial situation is currently not good. That's why I do not change the password. She can still watch her series with my account. I do not mind.

However, I wonder if she could theoretically do anything with the account that harms me. So, for example, change the specified bank details so that Netflix can't deduct any money from me and I might get a penalty or something. Or anything like that.
