Netflix doesn't work for me?

Last night I logged out of my Netdlix account because my parents quit. I then logged into my friends' account because they gave me the password. But suddenly it doesn't work for me, there's always something about "your account is on hold because of a problem with your last payment". With my friends it works and they can watch: /

The Standard Edition can only watch 1 person.
