I have the problem for some time when my SIM card is empty I can't downplay any games or even apps that is because I said no credit on it. And that's why I have to specify a new payment method but in addition to the mobile bills I can specify and pay my payments, I can only use PayPal or credit card, although I really want to buy nothing and that is synonymous with Netflix so I can't do Netflix download and because of pay pal and credit card I'm only 15 and have both not and my phone is only kn 3 weeks charged can you disable this lock somehow?
