Depression because series is over?

First of all I want to say that I had bad depression long before.

So I'm a big fan of the Netflix series She-Ra, which unfortunately got its officially last season on May 15th. It was clear from the beginning that there would only be 5 seasons and I knew that but it really hit me. The end of the series was great and I cried, but it is slowly becoming clear that it is over forever and I just can't accept it. I've already looked around for other / similar series but it will never replace it. When I realized that last week I got a panic attack.

What should I do?

Go to the psychiatrist.

Wow, are you feeling bad about this series?

It looks to me like you have 15 other series in front of you that look way better than this one.

Can you ask how old are you if you have depression because of such a children's series?

Lo

It's hard, I know it if you just don't want the show to end. In your case, I would talk to parts of your family, or talk to friends who are too trustworthy. Or becoming a therapist can also help. Sometimes it just helps to talk about it.

Maybe not be sad that it is over, but think of the good memories. On your birthday, you shouldn't be sad that it's over, but think about the wonderful experiences on that day, there are also a thousand other series, and you might find a new one that you like, and you can watch the series watch again after some time.

Get help, go to a psychologist, something is not normal

You watched the series for maybe 1 minute and already made a judgment about it? You just stupid

Everyone who knows the series knows that it is more than just a children's series.
