Sign up for Netflix?

I have a question

It's about Netflix, I was logged into the Netflix account of a buddy up until now. Since this can no longer be used, my sister and I decided to create our own Netflix account. She has it on her TV and I would now log in via my mobile phone afterwards.

We have tried several times to register my phone with your e-mail address, but this does not work.

But if I click log out of the buddy on the settings page and log in via my sister, I still can't get in, my buddy's account remains visible and not that of my sister…

i.e. I launch the Netflix app and I'm asked "Who's watching"? And only the accounts of my buddy are listed even though I actually logged out and logged in again before.

What do I have to do so that I can log in via my sister?

I would just reinstall the app. I don't know if it helps, I would try it anyway.

Logging out seems to go wrong.

Go to the phone settings -> Apps -> search for Netflix and then click on Erase all data. Then you should be logged out and can log in
