Can't sign in to Netflix?

I'm just on vacation and we can't do anything for the next few days because of the weather, my Netflix does not work and the Wi-Fi does not go to my room and yesterday I had to sign up again with my data but it did not work out with my friend who makes holidays abroad, it does not work either. My sister said it works only in Germany can someone help me here.

You can create a new account abroad which you can cancel immediately because the first 30 days are free. Then it should work
