Amazon not available?

I have a Telefunken TV probably a newer model because I have a Netflix and Amazon Prime Button. Netflix I can easily watch only on Amazon, I can't continue. If you press the button there's "sign up and start immediately" then there's a code that I have to enter on a website, so that the device registers. I have tried it so many times and almost every time it was there "your device is registered" only when I hit the Amazon button is there again "sign up and start immediately" I can't get any, can someone help me? LG

That must be a mistake in the software. In your place, I would just call the Amazon support, they can certainly help you.
