When I look at Amazon Prime and Netflix, after a few minutes, the sound fades. When I finish the stream and then look again, the same happens again. What could that be?
Is your internet connection okay? Wlan not too far away?
This error often occurs when your internet is too slow.
If not, then try to close everything else, so that your computer is only busy with the playback.
If both help nothing, try to turn off your antivirus including firewall and then try it.
