Watch Netflix on TV and connect MacBook?

I would like to buy a television on which I can watch Netflix / Prime Video etc. And connect my laptop, so to speak, duplicate the screen display on the television.
does anyone know what I have to consider when buying or do I have to buy a special television or does it work with everyone these days? I don't know anything about it at all.

Maybe a TV that is compatible with Airplay? But you can also connect it somehow via USB

There are also TVs that already have Netflix / Prime as an app or you get a stick or other options where you can stream on the TV, if you didn't already know that.

This works wirelessly via Airplay and Chromecast (the latter, however, needs the Chrome browser).

Otherwise you can do this via cable with every television.
