No, the basic subscription is enough.
The more expensive subscriptions only mean that if you share the account with friends or family, you can also watch several at the same time
This is enough for one device, which would mean that you can watch 2 devices at the same time for 2 devices.

Oh man, how did Netflix mess up its homepage that you can no longer see the subscription options there? Apparently there were * cough * "experts" at work again. 🤦♂️
Under https://www.netflix.com/...p/planform you get an overview of the subscription options.
If you either want to / or watch - and can do without HD - then "Basic" is enough - with "Standard" you get HD television and can watch with two devices at the same time.
