Is that a trial month and the other my subscription (Netflix)?

When I subscribe to Netflix, 2 things are displayed even though I only bought the standard subscription. Once there's

the first 30 days of Premium UltraHD

and even below

Start on February 28th, 2021

Standard HD

Are these subscriptions running at the same time or does my actual standard subscription start after the premium subscription? And can it be that this premium subscription is a trial subscription?

Normally you have a month free
