Create a Netflix account by trial month?

A few years ago I created a Netflix account and canceled it before the end of the free trial month. Now I want to have Netflix again, but I only find 30 days of free testing as an option - which I had done before and can't do again. If I go up there's only a problem with the payment method, probably because I have already completed the trial month, but how can I create a new subscription without a trial month?

There's no option to continue… The trial month was years ago

When I enter my email there's automatically entered password and log in, so they recognize that there's one and then when I'm logged in there's a 30 day free trial start now, otherwise there's no option and if I go up and try PayPal or direct debit ( & yes my accounts are covered) there's a problem with the payment method… Probably because my account is already known and the trial month is over, but I have no other option

Then I think you will have no choice but to call Netflix support.
