Unfortunately, I became relapsing after 2 years. The symptoms were never so severe. I was already at my doctor's citalopram prescribed me. I have been taking these for 3 days now. What can I do myself, I try to distract myself with irgndwas all the time (Netflix, playstation.) But irgndwie I come from this restlessness and moods not away. But there will be no improvement, what can I do? Tomorrow I will agree on a term with a psychologist, but I have to wait for weeks, what can I do in the meantime?
and another thing. I took citalopram 2 years ago and I was fine. A few months ago I sold it off creepingly. The last tablet is 2 months ago. Now I take these again, will they work again?
You should not distract yourself with Netflix and Playstation but with jogging. This pours out, if you run long enough, luck hormones + makes you fitter + motivates you to set new goals in your life + you can turn off your head during the race
Phew this is a difficult phase, the waiting times are really corrosive. Maybe you can ask your health insurance company if they have any short-term interim solution. Some work with clinics and therapists and can tackle something, a try would be worth it. Otherwise, try to do as much as possible and how you are doing well.
Do not lose hope.

I would love to, but i can't do that because i still have myocarditis
Unfortunately, relapses in depression are the rule rather than the exception. These so-called "recurrent depressions" must be treated professionally. I advise you to do a longer and intensive psychotherapy to prevent such relapse in the longer term.
Unfortunately, there are no medications for immediate depression. As you already mentioned, antidepressants need a few weeks to help. At least 14 days you have to einkallulieren. In this time, it means eyes to and through. Steer yourself as good as possible. If it is somehow possible to do sports (sport has a strong antidepressive effect) or at least go to the fresh air (physical activity).
By the way, you will find specialist information on Citalopram http://deprimed.de/98-2/.
I would love to do sports, but since I have mild myocarditis, I can't put a heavy strain on my heart, does this antidepressant effect come when you just walk but for a very long time?
Basically, it is good to do something or pursue activities that do not overwhelm you. Because staying in bed has not helped anyone, on the contrary.
Scientific studies have so far only been conducted with endurance sports. The antidepressant effect is explained by the fact that certain messengers are released during sports. How far this happens when walking is not known to me.
In any case, it is better to go for a walk than to lie in bed… You have to find a balance between activities (mentally and physically) and rest. A balance that naturally takes into account your heart muscle.
