I'm a friend of a boy and slept with him last night. We just chilled and watched Netflix, but at some point he came closer to me and cuddled up to me all the time. But it is really just friendship with us and I could never imagine with him. I slipped away more and more all the time, but he kept coming back. Whenever I'm with him, I feel stressed and uncomfortable. But would like to have contact with him and not offend him, what should I do?

Netflix & chill means more to many, you have to make it clear that you do not want that.
Speak! He knows you do not want to. He wants but. He will not let go if you do not make it clear to him that you do not want to. You have to tell him straight out that you do not want that and you only look at him as a buddy. Even at the risk that it offends him.
You can't start a relationship with a boy you do not love just because you do not want to offend him. That would be the alternative to not hurting and not breaking contact.
