So I watch TV for years but only streaming services like Netflix. But I would like to do it now just what do I need everything? I have a TV with built-in DVBT-2 receiver and an antenna, I have to unlock something because or do I need a special receiver?

Ideally, start station search if you live close to the transmitter. Otherwise, you would probably need an external antenna, if necessary with amplifier.

However, there are only the public transport for free!

Not all programs are free-to-air for all providers, including DVB-T2.
