Is it illegal to use Netflix / Disney + accounts from an internet website and could the person who owns the account see my IP address?

Wh

If you log in somehow, the owner usually receives an email stating when, who and where has registered via which device. It is possible that you could also see the IP address.

How do you mean "from an internet / website"? Disney Plus and Netflix have their own website. As far as I know, they can't be accessed from any other website. If there's a link on another website, you still go to the Disney + / Netflix site and are therefore no longer on the other website.

It is different when you log in from a third-party computer or smartphone. The owner can then see your surfing history. And if you don't log out, he can continue to use Disney + / Netflix afterwards.

If you are accessing Disney + / Netflix from a foreign network, it should normally be hidden as well. I'm in my own network with several computers and can't see which websites I have visited in the network software. But I think there are technical means by which you can record that. And the provider (i.e. The company with whom you have the contract for the Internet) can also see who has accessed which pages via this network. They only pass this on if a crime has been committed, and if you log into your straming services via another network, it is not a crime. But I would be careful with public networks, because vresiert criminals can intercept quite a lot of data.

There's a website with email addresses and passwords for Disney + and Netflix. And then I would use an account from a stranger. And whether that's illegal is my question

The contract with Disney + says you are not allowed to give your passwords to anyone. At least it's illegal - for those who give out their passwords. With Netflix, the contract even states that only one household can use the subscription. And Disney + and Netflix securely record where someone is logged in from and how many are logged in from other locations at the same time. With Netflix you can run a maximum of 2 streams at the same time, with Disney + it is 4. So if 2 or 4 other people are already watching something you can't watch, the technology prevents that.
