How long should a 15 year old per day sit on the PC at most (gaming + video editing)?

I'm / 15 Mon-Fri between 16-17 clock home to eat there, feeding animals, to suck the house and bring out garbage. After I did that it is about 18 o'clock now after I packed my bags and learned (19 o'clock) I can spend an hour on PC (No matter what I do on the PC it is always at most one hour) I should, however, before Netflix or We've pulled it off from my PC time. (Scores average: 2,3) In addition I live in a village with very few inhabitants so I have only friends in the next town so my hobbies are cycling and jogging. For one of my questions, what do you think is the appropriate PC time from Mon-Fri?

At the weekend, I can't spend more than 3 hours a day on computers. Now for the second question would you have a more appropriate PC time for the weekend for me?
