Netflix hangs. What now? What to do?

Hello everybody now it often happens that I can no longer watch some series, so when I click on the series the menu opens with 'further episodes', 'similar titles' and etc. As far as I can click on everything but when I start the series it remains fixed in the menu and the series does not start. Only the sound comes. What can you do? My internet works so far and I have restarted Netflix and logged in and out often but nothing works. What can you do?

If you watch Netflix on the TV, it may be overloaded and needs a restart. Of course, the internet must also work.

Maybe delete and download again if you have Netflix on iPad or something.
