I have a smart tv from coocaa and until today I have never had problems with the Wi-Fi, a red little x is displayed on the Wi-Fi symbol and I can't watch youtube or netflix because the device is not connected to the Wi-Fi is or is having problems… Strangely, all other devices work too. Can I somehow remove the Wi-Fi from the TV and reconnect it again?
Yes, just look at the sources and look at them. 1x "restore" the connection or delete it and set it up again

With the sources comes only to select hdmi 1,2 or 3 and av and something but nothing with the Wi-Fi connection.
Then take a look in the settings. Is it a Smart TV?
Yes is a smart tv… And with settings - network then "network status" and "WOW off"
Unfortunately I don't know what "WOW off" means, just click on it
