Netflix error code M7111-5059?

My Netflix has not worked for some time. Whenever I want to watch something, it says "Please deactivate your unblocker or proxy". However, I do not use either of these two things or a VPN. Maybe someone has had a similar problem before and can possibly help me. What can I do?
