Brief history:
This is a series on Netflix and whoever decrypts the following code (a 500MB file) correctly gets the first episode for free without having to own Netflix.
My question here is has someone already figured out how to decrypt this code correctly, or has someone already come to the end code?
If so, how did you do that?
For me it is not about that I can watch the first episode but more about how to decrypt this code.
So I don't quite understand what's in the file. A strand of DNA? With the associated bases or binary numbers that need to be converted to bases?
This is a kind of DNA code that has been put together from different things. I assume that you have to convert this DNA code into a binary code and then convert it from the binary code into a text. But how exactly that should work I don't know. I'm still familiar with binary code (I'm an experienced electrical engineer) but I have no idea about DNA.
In the file you will find adenine, thymine, guanine and cytosine (A, T, G, C).
You have to convert this into the binary code consisting of 1 and 0.
And then from the binary file to a video file.
Yes just how do I get this far? How can I even convert this DNA code into binary and how can I then convert it into a video file?
Why are you making it so complicated, I only ever use one page for series & films, and there's also netflix, Amazon Prime series uploaded - Movie-blog.tv
