I've got a question. The point is that I recently bought a Netflix gift card (15 euro). I logged in as normal with my account and entered the gift code. The first time on the website was just that there's a problem and I should try later. I waited about an hour and wanted to enter the code again. When I clicked on the "Redeem gift code or special offer code" button, this error message suddenly appeared:
Netflix Site Error
We were unable to process your request.
Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below.
Although I did everything as usual and it worked otherwise.
Just use burning series because you can watch all the series you want to watch and for the movies streambox.
Who can do something with the error code
Exactly this problem I have since yesterday afternoon! Have tried everything (delete cookies, log in again, uninstall App, etc) … Nothing helped:-(.
I'm curious if anyone has the ultimate tip… LG
