Together although Corona?

My brother and my mother are most likely all positive for Corona, we're still waiting for the test results and I have a question, namely… If we're all positive, we can all watch Netflix together in one room, for example or eat together or do we always have to stay separate as long as we're in quarantine?

If you live together and all tested positive, the kid fell into the well anyway. Then you can also bathe together.

If you are all positive, it doesn't matter whether you are in the same room together or not. You can't get infected any more than that.

You are allowed to anyway, you just have to stay in the apartment and even if you are negative nobody can control whether the person who is positive is isolated within the apartment. In most cases it's impossible.
Otherwise it doesn't matter if everyone is positive anyway.
